Ocean Terrace Miami Beach assembles a design team whose individual credentials are well established — but whose combination at a single project is unusual even by Miami’s current standards.
Interiors are by RAMSA — Robert A.M. Stern Architects — whose previous Miami Beach work includes the Shore Club Private Collection. At Ocean Terrace, RAMSA draws from three architectural traditions simultaneously: the geometric clarity of Art Deco, the open volumes of Miami Modern, and the warm materiality of mid-century Brazilian modernism. The result is expressed in Parquet de Versailles white oak flooring, custom RAMSA-designed cabinetry, natural stone surfaces, and Gaggenau appliances throughout every residence. Architecture is by Revuelta Architecture International, whose exterior design for the two towers introduces sculptural glass forms with wave-shaped terraces that reference the coastline.
Landscape is by Raymond Jungles, who master-planned the five-acre Ocean Terrace Park connecting the development to its beachfront. A separate pavilion beachfront bar and café anchors the park’s ocean edge. Enzo Enea designed the approximately 50,000 square feet of exterior amenity landscaping surrounding the towers.
For buyers evaluating ultra-luxury condos in Miami Beach, the design coherence at Ocean Terrace — across architecture, interiors, and landscape — reflects a development where the creative brief was executed with a consistent standard rather than assembled from independent contributors working in isolation.
