Villa Miami is a collaboration between three development entities and an equally deliberate creative team. Terra, led by David Martin, and One Thousand Group, led by Kevin Venger, Louis Birdman, and Michael Konig, bring a combined portfolio that includes Five Park Miami Beach and One Thousand Museum — two of Miami’s more architecturally significant recent towers. Major Food Group completes the development trio.
Architecture is by ODP Architects, whose design for Villa Miami features a copper-clad exoskeleton rising 650 feet above Biscayne Bay — a structural and visual reference to mid-century Italian design sensibilities. Interiors are by Vicky Charles of Charles & Co., an AD100 designer whose previous work spans bespoke estates and A-list residential commissions globally. This is her first Miami condominium project.
In-unit kitchens are designed by Mario Carbone, bringing a professional culinary standard into each residence — La Cornue ranges, dual convection and steam ovens, and mounted pot fillers are standard across units.
For buyers evaluating ultra-luxury condos in Edgewater, the team assembled at Villa Miami is notable not for its individual names alone, but for the coherence of the creative vision across architecture, interiors, and hospitality programming.
