Overview
Villa Miami Edgewater is a 55-story waterfront tower at 660 NE 29th Street, delivering 64 full- and half-floor residences to Edgewater in Q4 2026. The project is developed by Terra Group and One Thousand Group, with Major Food Group operating the building’s hospitality and dining program — a first for Miami’s residential market.

Concept & Design
The building is designed by ODP Architecture with interiors by Charles & Co (New York). The copper-clad facade and no more than two residences per floor position Villa Miami as one of Edgewater’s most private addresses. Each residence features private elevator access, 10-to-11-foot ceiling heights, and unobstructed sunrise-to-sunset views across Biscayne Bay.

Amenities
Amenities are anchored by The Copper Club, a three-story private retreat exclusive to residents. Additional amenities include a fully serviced outdoor pool deck, a Lake Como-inspired floating pool on the bay, a Technogym fitness center, a spa, a yacht club, and piazza-style grounds connecting to the Miami Baywalk. The building also features a rooftop helipad and a private dock.

Location
Edgewater sits between Downtown Miami and Wynwood, with direct bayfront access and proximity to the Design District, Brickell, and Miami Beach. Villa Miami represents the clearest expression of Edgewater’s transition from an investor-driven cycle into one of Miami’s primary luxury owner-occupant destinations.
